Cancellation Policy

1. Quotation Fee and Job Approval: • At Skylight Property Maintenance Services Ltd., we charge a £30 quotation fee per appointment. • If the quotation is approved within 6 months, the £30 fee will be deducted from the final invoice. • If the quotation is not approved, the £30 fee is non-refundable to cover the time and work spent preparing it. • Quotations are valid for 6 months from the date of the appointment. 2. Payment Terms for Projects: • To begin any project, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion, unless a formal payment agreement has been established. 3. Cancellation Policy for Quotation Appointments: • Quotation appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. • If we do not receive notice of cancellation within this period, it will be considered a no-show, and we reserve the right to decline any future work with the client. 4. Notification Reminder: • To facilitate scheduling and prevent misunderstandings, we ask clients to inform us promptly of any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
